I am so very favoured to have found Becky's website (thank you, Google!) - what a blessing she has been today!

I have had several days and nights with excruciating ear pain which the NHS were able to diagnose, but only semi-treat. On enquiring, Becky phoned us back, pro gratis, giving us an unhurried, knowledgeable and clear explanation of what she thought was going on, having listened to us describing my symptoms and NHS findings. She's extremely experienced and is medically trained.) She advised me of the next steps, then booked me in to see her very soon after.

I am autistic and have ADHD, and Becky was so kind, patient and amazing with me. 🥹
She was empathetic and has an outstanding 'chairside' manner. She explained what she would do beforehand and took things slowly, stopping when I needed her to (very perceptive), reassuring & encouraging me as we went along, and reporting progress.

At the end of the successful procedure, Becky clearly explained what the issues were and my next steps.

Her treatment room was calming within a modern and purpose-built building, with plenty of carparking (including EV chargers & coffee kiosk); the reception area was very pleasant with a waiting area and had friendly staff who directed us where to go. There's both Disabled parking and a toilet.

I cannot praise or recommend Becky enough. Thank you. 😌🧡

Becky fitted me in at short notice ahead of my holiday. Cleaning was definitely needed as both ears were blocked and suction is much better than water irrigation that I have had previously.

Could not recommend Becky highly enough! She is professional, kind and just a lovely person all round. As new parents we would have struggled to attend a clinic so we hugely appreciated being able to have a home appointment! Will definitely book again.

Absolutely fantastic experience!

Becky was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. It was my first time having ear wax removal done, and I had quite a large blockage, but she instantly put me at ease. She explained every step clearly, talked me through the process in such a reassuring way, and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

You can really tell she cares about her clients — she went above and beyond to make it a positive experience. Such a lovely, friendly lady and a true professional. Thank you so much, Becky Highly recommend!

If like myself you have previously had an unpleasant experience with ear syringing then I strongly suggest you contact Becky. My second appointment with her has restored the hearing to my good ear whilst also ensuring that the hearing aid in my impaired ear has a chance to work as intended! I would challenge anyone to find a more professional or caring practitioner.
I cannot recommend her highly enough although perhaps selfishly I shouldn't!

Becky is a caring professional who I highly recommend. I had had a blocked ear, with buzzing and deafness since I went surfing with my son. The nurse at my GP practice had given me ear drops but they had only loosened and not removed the wax that was causing the problems. Becky explained the suction procedure and effectively removed all the offending wax. It rectified the problems I'd been having. As well as being very good professionally, Beckie is one of the loveliest and kindest people I've met. As a bonus, Becky deployed her paramedic skills to diagnose a break in my hand from a fall I'd had an hour or two earlier 🙂

Becky is extremely friendly and easy to chat to while providing a professional and efficient service. She explained fully the microsuction process, discussed any concerns I may have and kept me informed throughout the whole process which I found to be fast and completely pain free. She clearly cares about what she does and enjoys helping people. Both my ears are now completely clear and hearing restored, such a relief! An all round great service provided by Becky, many thanks!

Within minutes I went from hearing just a muffled background murmur to total clarity. Becky also offered plenty of sensible advice for keeping my ears clear in the future.

And it didn't hurt a bit.

Amazing service!! Becky explained everything very well and talked me through the process. This was my first time having my ears cleaned and she made me feel reassured. she solved my problem and now i can hear!!! i cant recommend enough!!!!

This lovely lady came to my home to help me with muffled hearing/blocked ears. She was very professional throughout, taking care to explain exactly what would be happening during the microsuction and ensuring I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed at all times. Her hygiene standards were excellent and most reassuring - she wore a mask against covid and had undertaken a (negative) lateral flow test before coming into the house plus all her micro suction equipment was sterilised ( no water is used in this procedure either so risk of infection is minimal. ) The procedure was painless and most satisfying! It was so wonderful being able to hear clearly once again after Becky had worked her magic on me! I also loved the fact that she came to me rather than me have to fret about travelling/parking etc. I thoroughly recommend her if you have a similar problem with your ears.”

I am 90 years of age and have had reduced hearing recently, I have to turn the TV up very loud. My son organised Becky to visit. She was a lovely lady who explained everything to me. She looked in my ears. I didn't have any wax but this meant she could help us organise a hearing test. Her visit saved me time and money and I can't leave the house so it was great

I’d actually forgotten what it was like to hear the natural sounds around me, I feel like I have been released, and not once have I found myself asking people to repeat themselves. A first class service, I have had this problem repeatedly for years. Becky gave me solid advice over the phone and then visited a week later. She removed a lot of wax from my ears and this reduced the uncomfortable feeling, the fullness and helped my hearing. Safe, hygienic and professional and i was able to get this done in between meetings, so wasting no time.
